International Orders from All Over the World
*Xi’an Hongxin Arc Furnace Co., Ltd. has announced a steady inflow of international orders from four key markets: India, Vietnam, Oman, and Angola. The company’s manufacturing facilities are now operating at full capacity to meet the growing global demand for high-quality submerged arc furnace (SAF) components and engineering services.*
The orders cover a wide range of products, including water-cooled cables, pressure rings, copper contact shoes, bottom rings, and complete electrode holding systems – all critical spare parts for ferroalloy, calcium carbide, and industrial silicon furnaces. Customers in these rapidly industrializing regions have placed particular emphasis on durable, high-efficiency components that can withstand the harsh operating conditions of modern submerged arc furnaces.

At the company’s production base in Xi’an, welding, machining, assembly, and testing lines are running at high utilization. Workers are fabricating custom-sized copper contact shoes, pressure rings with enhanced water-cooling channels, and braided water-cooled cables designed for currents up to 25,000 amperes. Each component undergoes rigorous inspection – including pressure testing, conductivity measurement, and dimensional verification – before leaving the factory.
To keep up with the accelerated schedule, Xi’an Hongxin has implemented shift optimization and increased raw material inventories of high-purity copper and stainless steel. The company’s quality assurance team is also performing extra spot checks to maintain the zero-defect standard that overseas clients expect.
Shipments to Vietnam and India are scheduled for late April, while the first batch of spare parts for Oman and Angola will be dispatched in mid-May. In parallel, Xi’an Hongxin is preparing to send technical service personnel to assist with on-site installation and training – further strengthening its “product + service” export model.
