Our company owns three equipment manufacturing bases in Wugong County, Shaanxi Province, and Shihezi City and Shanshan County, Xinjiang Autonomous Region, which can fully meet the company's business production capacity requirements.

The company’s Technology R&D Department is the core force driving continuous innovation and maintaining technological leadership, with over 20 professional technical personnel covering multiple fields including metallurgical processes, mechanical design, electrical automation, and environmental engineering. Guided by customer needs, the team is dedicated to the independent development and continuous optimization of new SAF equipment and processes.
The company has always adhered to independent innovation, having obtained a total of 33 national patents. It has achieved multiple major technological breakthroughs in DC submerged arc furnace technology. China‘s first 2×45,000kVA ferrosilicon DC furnace project, led by the company, has been successfully delivered and is in operation, laying a solid foundation for promoting DC furnace technology in the ferroalloy industry. Actively tracking international frontiers, the Technology R&D Department has carried out extensive preliminary technical work in areas such as DC arc smelting, intelligent electrode control, and sealed furnace charge surface regulation, continuously optimizing the structure and process of core components like water cooling systems and electrode holding systems. This supports the company’s ongoing technological upgrades in green low-carbon smelting and efficient clean production.
Future R&D Plan
Based on the company‘s development strategy, the R&D team will focus on the following key areas:

Vigorously advance the R&D of large-scale DC submerged arc furnace technology to secure a leading position in ferroalloy DC smelting;

Comprehensively enhance the intelligence and automation of SAFs, developing new intelligent control systems with real-time monitoring and self-diagnostic capabilities;

Continuously optimize the efficiency of the short network system and water cooling system, reducing overall smelting energy consumption through technological advancement;

Actively respond to the “carbon neutrality” goal by developing environmental protection technologies and equipment such as furnace gas recovery and waste heat power generation.
