The company was founded in 2007 with a registered capital of 50 million RMB. Its headquarters is located in the Entrepreneurship R&D Park at No. 69 Jinye Road, Hi-Tech Zone, Xi'an, Shaanxi Province. It has departments including Business Department, Administration & HR Department, Technology R&D Department, Manufacturing Department, Engineering Department, and Quality Inspection Department.
Since its establishment, the company has undertaken the construction and renovation of over 220 sets of submerged arc furnaces of various specifications in regions such as Sichuan, Chongqing, Inner Mongolia, Henan, Yunnan, Qinghai, Heilongjiang, Gansu, Guizhou, Fujian, and Xinjiang (as of November 2023). Its main business scope includes: design, manufacturing, sales, installation, and technical services for metallurgical electric furnace equipment, environmental dust removal equipment, and non-standard mechanical equipment; sales of steel furnace charge, metal materials, low-voltage electrical appliances, electronic equipment, and instruments; import and export operations of goods and technology. I. Our company has been engaged in the research and development of short network technology for various submerged arc furnaces and arc furnaces for many years, developing short networks with same-phase reverse parallel connection, modified planar layout short networks, and inverted triangle short networks. These have received positive user feedback due to low short network impedance, low three-phase imbalance coefficient, high power factor, and significant energy-saving effects.
II. Our company is a professional large industrial furnace manufacturer in Xi'an Hi-Tech Zone, specializing in the design, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning of electric furnaces in China. It has strong mechanical processing and manufacturing capabilities, with machining workshops, welding workshops, assembly workshops, and related functional management departments. The company has over 150 employees, including over 20 experts in submerged arc furnaces domestically and internationally, over 50 mid-to-senior level technical and management personnel, providing good quality and guarantee for submerged arc furnace production and operation.
III. Hongxin has a professional after-sales service team responsible for any defects or malfunctions due to design, construction, installation, fabrication, or material errors during the contract warranty period. Within the warranty period, if issues arise due to our company's reasons, we will respond within 12 hours of receiving notice from Party A, and if necessary, dispatch technical personnel to the site within 48 hours to resolve the issue jointly with Party A. Associated costs are borne by us. For equipment beyond the warranty period, we provide paid services within a reasonable scope.
IV. We guarantee the provided equipment is new, complete, safe, and reliable, and its safety, technical, and economic performance complies with relevant national industry standards. The quality warranty period is 1 year from acceptance. During the warranty period, if corresponding repair work requiring our company's involvement arises, our maintenance personnel will arrive on-site within 2 days. We guarantee the quality of products used. If consequences are indeed caused by our equipment quality, we are responsible. Within one year, if equipment needs replacement or repair due to quality issues, we commit to replacement and repair.
V. We provide telephone consultation at any time, enthusiastically answering questions. If on-site service is needed, competent service personnel will be dispatched to the site promptly. We commit to sending 1–2 technical personnel to the site for customer visits, technical exchange, problem resolution, and notification of new technologies and processes during the 3rd month, 6th month, 1st year, and 2nd year of equipment operation. We provide 24-hour comprehensive service, seriously handle user letters, calls, and visits. Guarantee response within 12 hours (domestic) for calls/letters, arrival on-site within 48 hours (domestic) to handle problems.

The company owns three equipment manufacturing bases located in Liquan County (Shaanxi Province), Shihezi City, and Shanshan County (Xinjiang Autonomous Region), with a modern factory area exceeding 10,000 square meters, fully meeting the company‘s production capacity requirements.
Xi’an Hongxin currently employs over 140 staff members, including 2 senior engineers specializing in ferroalloy equipment research, 2 domestic senior smelting experts, 15 engineers and assistant engineers, 8 senior technicians on the production line, over 30 technical backbone and senior management personnel, and a highly efficient construction team of more than 100 people, forming a talent structure centered on technology and driven by project execution.
Leveraging deep accumulation in the field of submerged arc furnaces, Xi‘an Hongxin has successfully delivered over 500 SAF projects worldwide, with specialized proficiency in silicon metal production.
