VI. Project Details:
The project agreement for Xinjiang Zhonggui Technology Co., Ltd. was officially signed in August 2017. Prior to finalizing the contract, the owner conducted extensive on-site evaluations of various industrial silicon furnace operations in the Xinjiang region. During a visit to the facilities of Eastern Hoshine Silicon, a prominent industry player, the owner was highly impressed by the performance, build quality, and operational indicators of the furnaces installed by our company. Recognizing the superior engineering and reliability of our work, the owner shifted their focus to negotiations with us, ultimately awarding our company the contract for the construction of their new industrial silicon furnaces.
Leveraging our proven design and construction expertise, the first 33,000 kVA semi-closed furnace was successfully delivered and commissioned by the end of 2017. From the outset, the furnace demonstrated excellent operational metrics, including stable power consumption, high thermal efficiency, and consistent product quality. Encouraged by these outstanding results, the owner decided to continue our partnership. In 2019, a second contract for an identical 33,000 kVA semi-closed furnace was signed with our company. Following a streamlined construction process, the second furnace was also delivered and put into operation within the same year.
Today, both furnaces continue to operate at exceptional performance levels. Each unit consistently achieves a daily output exceeding 55 metric tons of industrial silicon, a figure that surpasses typical industry benchmarks for furnaces of this capacity and type. The owner has repeatedly expressed strong satisfaction with the equipment’s reliability, low maintenance requirements, and overall production efficiency. This project stands as a testament to our company’s ability to deliver high-performance industrial silicon furnaces that meet and exceed customer expectations in one of the world’s most demanding production environments.
